Orange is one of the rarest and most desirable colours. The Darya-i-Nu diamond is the largest orange diamond in the world at about 185 carats. Orange is considered a warm color. The range of color tone for orange diamonds is quite variable in lightness and saturation, resulting in pale (cantaloupe) orange, bright (flame) orange, dull (burnt) orange, and deep (marigold) orange.
